At the core of our work is the dream that one day animals will no longer be killed in shelters. By implementing spay/neuter and trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs to reduce the number of animals who enter shelters, and increasing the number of people who adopt pets, we know we can end the killing. We know we can Save Them All.
The ability to Save Them All can only be achieved when like-minded organizations and individuals come together. Best Friends works collaboratively with other groups, government, and regular folks throughout the nation. Our outreach programs get to the very root of animal homelessness nationwide.
Foster
We would be so happy to have your help at our sanctuary! Volunteers are a crucial part of the conference’s success because they help the event run smoothly and ensure that every attendee has a wonderful experience. Although volunteering is a great way to help the animals, have fun and meet like-minded people, it’s also hard work.

Adopt
Our Sanctuary in Manila is home to more than 1,600 animals including dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits, pigs and more. Most of them are soon ready to go to good homes with permanent or foster families, making way for new arrivals.
We're sometimes able to arrange free transport for selected cats and dogs to their new homes, anywhere in the Luzon or Visayas. Most of the pets that qualify for these free flights can be adopted without the adopter needing to visit our Sanctuary in Manila.
